Shanghai Ruifa Thermal Spray Machinery Co.,Ltd, established in 1949, is the professional pioneer in China in the development of thermal spray equipment, service and technology. We are the associate president of National Thermal Spray Association. We are also the commissary of National Termal Spray Standard Committee, Hard Welding And Surface Engineering Branch of National Welding Academy, Thermal SprayBranch of China Surface Engineering Association. We developed the first wire flamegun, powder flame gun,ceramic rod flame gun, plastic powder flame gun, propane flamegun,wide range spray and fuse gun for rails, wire arc spray equipment, plasma spraygun, arc spray equipment for capacitor industry. We are the pioneer in China whoapplied thermal spray in long-time corrosion resistance of steel surface. This is agreat contribution to the development of thermal spray technology in China.
Owning advanced technology in thermal spray, Shanghai Ruifa Thermal Spray Machinery Co.,Ltd have completed numerous projects and service: Rebuild of shafts > 10,000pcs, Jars for papermaking>2,500pcs, Printing rollers, 10,000pcs Molybdenum coated rollers 2,000pcs, Steel mill rollers 3,000pcs, Plunger: 2,000pcs, Spinning rollers 3,500pcs, Other mechanical components >30,000pcs. Our successful projects include: Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shuzhou River Bridge, 500,000kw Power Station, Antenna of Shanghai Stock Building, Antenna of Shanghai Information Tower, Shanghai Yangpu Bridge, Nanning Highway, etc. The new joint venture company is registered in Huaxin Town Industrial Zone of Qingpu Area.
