We are herewith providing the details of the Application Area of our various products:
Precipitated Silica this product finds extensive usage in Rubber Industry both for Tyre and non-tyre applications. It imparts reinforcing properties resulting in lower degradation at elevated temperature. It is also used in Footwear industry for inducing Stiffness, abrasion resistance and resistance to cracking in Sole and Heel compounds. Apart from these two major applications, it is used in Detergent industry, Salt manufacturing, Spices & Animal feed for removal of moisture and improve free flowing properties. It acts as Coffee Whitener with the anticaking properties could be applied with Non-dairy creamers, artificial sweeteners. Provide Rheology for Cosmetics. Used to ensure porosity in polyethylene separators for acid/lead batteries, ensures very low electrical resistance. It highly suitable for Glass mat separators. In Pesticides it is used as a carrier agent. For all the above-mentioned applications, specific grade of Precipitated Silica is made.
Synthetic Zeolite: (Brand name - Detbuild ?150) A safer alternative to STPP as it is non-corrosive, non-toxic and bio-degradable. It is an excellent water softener resulting in better washability and sequestration. It also has got very less Bulk density and absorbs moisture hence making the detergent powder light (voluminous) and free flowing. All premium detergent manufacturers use the same worldwide. It works as detergent Builder that makes water soft, eco friendly, non irritant and gives shine to the washed Clothes.
Aquaclean Aqua Zeolite used in Aquaculture is specifically advocated as a water quality improver in Shrimp, Prawn and Fish ponds to prevent diseases, provides more oxygen for Marine Beings. It is extensively in Aqua Culture for farming of Fish, Prawns and Shrimps. It helps in absorbing the toxic gases like ammonia, nitrate, hydrogen sulfide as well as odour and harmful bacteria. It also regulates the pH level of water, increases the dissolved Oxygen content , acts as growth promoter making the pond more conducive for Aqua farming. Also helps in improving the reproduction system and Health of the Marine Beings.
Zeo Feed (Zeolite) : It is formulated for the use in Poultry & Animal feed as feed Supplement specifically advocated to prevent diseases and works as a growth promoter.
Bleaching Earth (Brand name ?Bleach 9) It is used in refining edible and non-edible oils for removal of color and odour. It is available in various grades depending on the type of oil to be bleached/ refined.
Molecular Sieve ( 4A and 13X) MS 4A is used for Drying and Purification of Natural gas, LPG, Air, Inert gases and Solvents. While MS 13X finds application in removal of moisture and CO2 from gas and air streams. It is also used in removal of mercaptan and H2S from liquid and hydrocarbon fractions. Basically both are used for adsorption of moisture from Gases and Liquids. It’s extensive use is normally find in Fertilizer plants, Petroleum Companies & Oxygen plants, Glass etc.,
Sodium Silicate (Neutral and Alkali) : It is used extensively in detergent Industry, manufacturing of Precipitated silica and Silica Gel and paper industry. It is available in both Lumps (glass form) as well as in Liquid form
