This is Shanghai Qingsong Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD which is an emerging pharmaceutical company with ISO9002 and ISO14001 certified for its quality system and Environmental compliance and devoted its research in the areas of API,formulation and pharmaceutical intermediates.The factory is located in Shanghai Fengxian
Chemical Industrial Zone covering an area of >30,000 square meters. It consists of a solid dosage pharmaceutical plant, multipurpose synthetic plant and a class
100,000 clean room for API production. In its multipurpose synthetic plant, there are totally 30 glass-lined vessels sized from 50 L to 5000 L. On the special purpose
vessels, there are one 500 L stainless reactor can go up to 280ЎЙ and one 500 L and one 1500 L cryogenic reactors that can go down to -90ЎЙ. With our affiliate in
Jiangsu that has 6 high pressure hydrogenator (2800psi) sized from 50L to 2000 L, we are capable of carrying out most of chemical reactions.
Our R&D center covers an area of 2000 square meters. There are totally 53 fume hoods and a kilo lab. The lab is well equipped with modern analytical instrument to satisfy our R&D needs. We have a 30 member team of highly qualified and experienced chemists. 80% of our R&D team are Master of Science and higher.On the domestic generic drug front, Qingsong has 10 IND and ANDA. On the custom synthesis front, we have been successfully providing custom synthesis services to 15 US and EU major and emerging pharmaceutical companies in the past 6 years. We boast an impeccable reputation for delivering some of the most challenging projects and meeting the tightest timelines. Further more in 2008 we started to provide chemical process FTE service to a couple of major pharmacy companies. Our clean room was inspected by SFDA for GMP manufacturing also and expect eventually to provide API services from early pre-clinical development to human proof-of-concept studies and beyond.
