Company Description (Introduction)
Henan Luoyang Sunrise Industrial Co., Ltd. is an enterprise with new and hi-tech specializing in manufacturing of all kinds of insoluble sulfur. With 8.50 million RAM registered capital, it covers the area of 70,000 square meters, and has 135 employees, 37 of them are technical and administrative personal.
Insoluble sulfur, as our major product, is a kind of material resulting from sulfur after deepening process. Being an additive in process of rubber related products, it improves products?wearability, featuring fatigue and ageing resistant, and due to this characteristic, it is widely used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, especially in tyre manufacturing.
In production of insoluble sulfur, we adopt low temperature liquid phase process, a new technology process developed by ourselves. As a result, many problems occurred by using traditional process have been successfully solved, thus making the process of production safer, less polluted to environment, and getting qualified products at lower costs as well. At the time being, our production capacity is 3,000 MT annually, with perfect production, analyzing and inspecting facilities, more than 20 kinds of types can be supplied, such as IS-7520, IS-7020,IS-6033,IS-90,IS-60, etc. According to testing results by the Inspection Center of Henan Province, quality of our products not only fully satisfies Chinese national standard, but also exceed its requirements, and even superior compared to some imported products regarding to certain specifications. Our company has been cognized as “New & Hi-tech Enterprise? and our products as “New & Hi-tech Products?by the Science and Technology Department of Henan Provincial Government, and we have also got certification of ISO9001:2000 standard.
