Company Description (Introduction)
Lechang Zirconium Chemicals Plant is wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co.,Ltd..
Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co.,Ltd. went into the stock market in August of 1996 in Shenzhen Stock Exchange of China. Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co.,Ltd. includes 13 branch companies and 11 holding enterprises mainly dealing in electric power, machining, zirconium products, building materials and environment-friendly dishware etc..
With the total investment of RMB 0.1 billion, Lechang Zirconium Chemicals Plant was founded in 2001 and put into production in 2003. In the first phase, we plan to produce 25,000t zirconium oxychloride and consume 16,000t zircon sand per year. Both the production scale and production capacity are listed within the first three in the country. When the second phase is completed, yearly production capacity for zirconium oxychloride will reach 40,000£50,000t and the year consumption capacity for zircon sand will reach 30,000t. It will be one of the largest manufacturers in China for zirconium oxychloride. With the increasing production capacity of zirconium oxychloride, Lechang Zirconium Chemicals Plant planes to develop well-sold zirconium products such as zirconium carbonate, zirconium sulphate and zirconium oxyhydrate etc.. Within three years, we will have formed a production pattern of 15 to 18 zirconium products, realizing the production capacity growing in pace with profits.
"SUNGOD" trademark is used in products of Lechang Zirconium Chemicals Plant.
Awarded Guangdong Hi-tech enterprise by Science and Technology Department of Guangdong province, Lechang Zirconium Chemicals Plant enjoys preferential tax policy of exempting from enterprise's income tax. We are applying for the project of "the enterprise of comprehensive utilization of resources in Guangdong province" for the byproduct, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, made mainly from waste alkali water and waste silica residue by new technique. If it is approved, our plant can be exempt from value-added tax. Meanwhile, we are applying for the certificate of hi-tech products for our main product, zirconium oxychloride and byproduct, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate.
