Qingdao Jimo Sheng Da Electric Co., Ltd. is a share-issuing enterprise with independent legal personality, which mainly manufactures injection moulds and plastic products. Our enterprise was established in 1997, having a workshop of more than seven thousand square meters,with a assistant workshop of more than 700 square meters.including 8 technology engineers. Our company has 33 blowing machines of all types,and can manufacture all kinds of plastic products under 2500g.
We can also carry on the printing of plastic parts. With 8 multi-printing machines and screen printing machines, as well as 10 other equipment such as drying machines and plastic pulverizers, our company has manufacture capacity of more than four thousand tons.
Our company has a complete manufacture and management system, and has departments of sales department, plan department, technology department, quality control department, financial department and quality inspection department. We have established a fine description and working standard of every position.
For a long time in competition, our company develops quickly and the management level is improving continuously. In the quality management, we have founded a quality-centered mould-based company management system, which combines all the management factors together. In order to succeed in the world market, our company produces products according to ISO9001:2000 quality control standards, passed authentication in September of 2000.
