宝鸡市西冶有色金属有限公司，是由宝鸡汇嘉钛设备制造有限公司、宝鸡鼎诚机械加工厂合并、组建而成。
公司位于素有中国钛城之称得西部工业重镇—宝鸡，厂区座落于宝鸡国家高新技术产业开发区东区，占地面积4500平方米，其中生产厂房2000平方米。
公司以宝钛集团有限公司和西北有色金属研究院等为依托，有较强的生产和技术开发能力，通过了质量ISO09001-2000体系认证，产品生产许可证.现有在职员工60名，其中高级技人员与技术工人13名。生产设备齐全、技术力量雄厚、质保体系健全、管理制度先进。生产设备：压力机、矫平机、卷板机、剪板机、自动焊机、大型车床、线切割、等离子切割机，无损检测仪器等设备近20台。
公司下属：钛材事业部、金属复合材料事业部、、稀贵金属事业部、机加分厂、国贸事业部等机构，从事纯钛及钛合金的型材或非标件加工与生产，钨、钼、钽、铌、镐、镍、铬等稀贵金属的成型加工、钛/钢、铜/钢、不锈钢、铜/铝、钛/铝、铝/钢等金属复合材料的爆炸焊接加工。广泛应用于医疗、冶金、化工、石油、电子、电力、航空、造船等领域。
