Chagalesh Consulting Engineers (CH.C.E.) is an independent and private engineering company which provides Feasibility Study, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Construction Management & Project Financing for Oil, Gas,Chemicals,
The company was established in 1981 to provide specialized management & engineering services in oil & gas fields.
The purpose was to make current technology available to the oil and gas industries.
The Company was approved by Plan & Budget Organization.
Our customers are National Iranian Oil Company (N.I.O.C.), National Iranian Gas Company (N.I.G.C.), National Petrochemical Company (N.P.C.), Ministry of Industry, Tavanir, and Ministry of Mines and Metals.
The company also was registered by World Bank (I.B.R.D.), Islamic Development Bank (I.D.B.).
As the Country was under rapid change and demands of engineering works were high on different branches, this company also responded to this and sought for new areas.
Since the establishment CH.C.E. has provided various engineering services for numerous projects which belong to different institutions such as N.I.O.C., N.I.G.C., N.P.C., Ministry of Heavy Industry, etc.
Among these projects are Pipeline & Storage Tank Projects, Gas Treatment Plants, Gas Injections, Lube Oil Plants, Chemical & Industrial Plants, as well as offshore Projects with different scope of services from feasibility study to detail engineering & project management & Turn-key basis.
Most of the above mentioned projects have been completed satisfactorily.
Now the company is expanding and extending its services to chemicals, petrochemicals, power plants, industrial services and mines.
