Founded by Zhejiang Xinchang Sanyuan Medicine and Chemical Co., Ltd., Shangyu Baiyun Biochemical Co., Ltd., Shangyu Zhongxin Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shangyu Zhongke Baiyun Fine Chemical R&D Centre Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Baiyun Weiye Chemical Stock Co., Ltd. is the holding company of Zhejiang Baiyun Weiye Holding Group Co., Ltd. .
Upholding such spirit of "Gathering persons, Obtaining Tao, Founding business" and idea of "Human oriented; To get development by leading technology", Baiyun devotes itself to developing health business of human being. There are leading method, advanced equipment, complete QA system and experienced technicians working for Baiyun, we now have RMB 160 million yuan of assets, RMB 50 million yuan of registered funds, 350mu of land and 500 employees, 30% of them have college education. Moreover, we got the certificate of ISO9002 quality system in 2002.
Our main products are intermediates of fluoroquinolone and piperazine serial products, which are the key-supported-medicine of China. In 2004, we produced RMB 200 million yuan of products. At present, we are the largest manufacturer of fluorochloroacetophenone, N-methyl piperazine and 2,3,4,5- tetrafluoro benzoyl chloride in China. Our products have been well-received in EU, USA and Asia.
We have establish cooperation relationships with several institutes, including Shanghai organic chemical institute, CSA, Zhejiang university and Tongjin university. Shangyu Zhongke Baiyun Fine Chemical R&D Centre Co., Ltd., our subsidiary, is founded by our company and Shanghai organic chemical institute, CSA together. We enjoy excellent R&D condition.
