Glycine for food can be used as ingredients in brewery meat processing and as the bitters remover for glucide it also can be used in alcoholic beverage such as wine,whisky,champagne. Glycine for food has function of preserving and suppressing reproduction of Bacillus subtilize and bacillus coli,therefore,it serves as a preserver for fish and shrimp sauce and groundnut paste. Since glycine for food is a deoxidizer,it can be added as seasoning to cheese,artificial milk,instant noodles and wheat flour.
