CELOGEN AZRV enables the production of foam using standard rigid PVC formulations containing calcium stearate.
CELOGEN AZRV enables the processor to use lower cost non-activating tin stabilizers.
Reformulation of lubrication packages to increase activation is not required with CELOGEN AZRV.
CELOGEN AZRV allows the use of normal processing temperatures 360F to 380F (182-193C).
CELOGEN AZRV does not give plate-out which eliminates die blockage and screw build-up.
This reduces costly down time for cleaning operations. |
