Polylite 32125 is a rigid, low-reactivity, orthophthalic casting resin recommended for polymer concrete cast products. It has a low viscosity for improved wet-out capabilities and high filler loading. The promotion system is designed for good cast color with a fast cure cycle. Polymer concrete products made with Polylite 32125 will perform well in a utility vault application according to the design parameters when properly mixed, catalyzed, and cured. Polylite 32125 is pre-promoted to gel and cure at room temperature upon the addition of a methyl-ethyl-ketone peroxide (MEKP) catalyst.
