Mackadet CE-115 is an economical, high effective, concentrated blend of surfactants for use as a base in high foaming cosmetic applications.
Mackadet CE- 115 rapidly builds viscosity with the addition of sodium chloride.
The suggested use level for Mackadet CE-115 is 25-40%. Fragrance, dye and preservative can then be added to produce ready to package quality shampoos and liquid hand "soaps".
