Mackamide LOL-5 is a low free diethanolamine version of a 1:1 mole ratio diethanolamide of predominantly linoleic fatty acid.
As such, this product is compatible with anionic, nonionic, amphoteric and cationics surfactants.
Mackamide LOL-5 is an excellent viscosity builder for shampoos and skin cleansers.
It provides a modest amount of conditioning as well as imparting the desirable lubricating feel of soap.
