				| Mackadet BC-51 | | | | Cocamidopropyl Betaine & Cocamide MEA | | | | 68424-94-2/68140-00-1 | | | | Mackadet BC-51 is an aqueous emulsion of Cocamide MEA in Coco Betaine at a 1:1 ratio (on a solids basis) in water that provides to the formulator the ability to mix at low temperature this very effective, otherwise soild, alkanolamide. Cocoyl monethanolamide products have a melting point of at least 60*C, so formulations must normally be heated above that temperature.
This emulsion can be readily formulated by adding to other surfactants at room temperature.
