-Provides modified blends with good storage stability and handling characteristics
-Increases binder softening point and decreases binder penetration
-Increases elongation at break
-Improves binder flexibility and cohesion at low temperatures
-Can be used in extreme high temperature applications, to 600'F
-Decreases binder temperature susceptibility
* Handling & blending with asphalt:
-POLYBILT 503 is available as free-flowing translucent pellets, packaged in 50 lb. bags, 1500 lb. boxes, supersacks, or bulk delivered.
-POLYBILT 503 free-flowing pellets are well suited for use in automated conveying and metering systems.
-POLYBILT 503 can be blended using conventional equipment. Blending time will depend on the shear rate of the equipment used and temperature. Recommended temperature is 340'F to 360'F.
