ALCOGUM L-511 is the first in a new line of patent pending technology which can work in both acidic and cationic systems. Unlike dry natural products, ALCOGUM L-511 can be metered directly into acid based formulations with no need for pre-make downs or extended high shear mixing. In detergent formulations, the need for surfactants and hydrotropes can be reduced or eliminated. ALCOGUM L-511 is an unique, cost-effective alternative to xanthan gums and should be considered as the thickener of choice in acidic or cationic formulations. * BENEFITS - Low viscosity liquid emulsion. Easily transferred and mixed into formulation. - Efficient thickening over a broad acidic pH range. - Cationic surfactant compatible. - Synergistic effect with salts and surfactants. - Capable of suspending desirable insoluble materials in acidic or cationic formulations. |
