A non-plateout grade of azodicarbonamide specifically designed for applications which as foam wire and cable insulation that require precompounding into a polymer with minimal loss in blowing agent efficiency due to premature decomposition.
AZ-760A is similar to CELOGEN AZNP in that it reduces down time for cleaning operations by eliminating problems of plateout, die blockage, and screw build-up.
AZ-760A offers greater ease in processing and lowers loss in blowing agent efficiency during compounding operations.
AZ-760A is a free flowing product which is capable of being meter-blended.
AZ-760A is especially recommended for HDPE and PP foam wire and cable insulation.
In general, the same processing conditions apply for AZ-760A as CELOGEN AZ-130. |
