Releases with unique film-forming properties that change and modify the surface characteristics of metal molds. The surface of the mold is altered so that most resins will be prevented from sticking. This provides a durable semi-permanent release capacity that lasts through a number of cycles. For application to hot metal molds. It is formulated in a slow-drying, high flashpoint solvent system.
Eliminates voids, irregularities and uneven surface patches
Produces a micro-thin molecular coating on the mold surface.
Will not transfer to molded part surfaces.
A semi-permanent release, it allows multiple cycles of clean parting action on a seasoned mold.
Provides a smooth, uniform part surface.
Surface has very low wettability and high surface tension to prevent sticking and parts hang-up.
Does not interfere with painting or bonding.
Allows cost savings per molded part: Trouble-free production, fewer rejects and lower resin loss.
Higher temperatures often produce better and faster cure: RAM-PART enables molding at these higher temperatures (850-900F.).
