AKROWAX 5050 is a 50/50 blend of fully refined paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax derived from petroleum.
Designed to inhibit cracking and "frosting" (ozone attack) of rubber vulcanizates.
Blooming is moderate through a wide temperature range.
5050 Provides a strong year-round protection under average climatic conditions.
Melts and disperses easily with no effect on cure rate.
Non-staining.
FDA acceptable under 177.2600, Rubber Intended For Repeated Use. |
