Accelerator BZX is a very active non-discoloring, non-staining accelerator for EPDM (non-blooming dosage in EPDM is up to 2.0 phr-most other dithiocarbamate are limited to 0.8 phr maximum before bloom occurs), as well as NR and SBR latexes.
Recommended additional applications include its use as a stabilizer and non-discoloring antioxidant in uncured rubber applications: as a stabilizer in IIR: as an antioxidant in thermoplastic rubber and hot melts.
Our latest addition to the line, BZ-SP Pellets, is a soft, non-dusting pellet form that disperses easily.
Accelerator BZX is also available as Akrosperse BZ-75/EPR/S.
This polymeric masterbatch contains 75% Accelerator BZX and has a specific gravity of 1.14.
Polymer bound or encapsulated dispersions are a proven means of upgrading plant safety, efficiency, quality and raw material control.
