 It is a reactive phosphonate ester which is incorporated into the foam structure by reacting as a polyol.
 Using FYROL 6, systems with excellent package stability can be formulated in addition to providing permanent flame retardancy in spray, froth pour-in-place and quasi-prepolymer applications.
