EPI-CURE Curing Agent 3213 is a solution of an aliphatic amine adduct in a mixture of xylene, propylene glycol monomethyl ether and methyl isobutyl ketone, and is designed for two-component epoxy coatings. Performance features include good chemical, solvent and corrosion resistance, film hardness and toughness. A reduced tendency towards amine carbonate formation is evident relative to unmodified aliphatic amines. EPI-CURE Curing Agent 3213 is primarily intended for use with solvent solutions of EPON Resin 1001. For specific applications, EPON Resin 1004 solutions may be used. A high equivalent weight allows for formulation of two component systems having convenient combining ratios. -Industrial maintenance primers -Tank coatings -Concrete floor sealers -Marine primers |
